Sexiest Man, again
George Clooney has been named the "sexiest man alive" for the second time by People magazine. The 45-year-old star, who first took the title in 1997, is now tied with his good friend, and Ocean's 13 co-star, Brad Pitt. Clooney quipped to the magazine: "This is one that's going to be hard for Brad since he's been 'sexiest man alive' twice." I'd say 'sexiest man alive' to him and he'd go, 'two-time.' So that's been taken away." The actor also added "After Troy he thought he'd be named it a third time -- pull the hat trick, as we called it. But for me, I'll tell him, 'This is my last hurrah.'"

Ren�e spills
Ren�e Zellweger has finally spoken out about her brief marriage to country singer Kenny Chesney. "I made the biggest mistake of my personal life," she recently revealed. "I felt like a fool. I wanted to run away and hide. I was going through an intensely private situation. I didn't want to share it with the world." Zellweger also said that the reason she rushed into the marriage was because she was going through personal life changes and just wanted to be a girl for a while. "My marriage came during this time and it was desperately important to me. I don't want anyone to think I didn't take it seriously," she said.

Britney's wise intervention
It seems Britney Spears had a team of help to set her head on straight and finally divorce Kevin Federline. Apparently after a volatile argument the pop star had with Federline at his record release party in LA on October 31, members of her close-knit family went to her home in Malibu to convince her to begin divorce proceedings against him. Spears' mother attended the meeting, along with divorce attorney Laura Wasser, who had drafted Spears' prenuptial agreement.

Lindsay moves out
Lindsay Lohan has moved out of Hollywood's Chateau Marmont hotel after spending a year living there, following an alleged fight with management over her room allocation. Sources say Lohan lived in one room and used another three to host parties and store freebie clothing gifts. Reportedly, hotel management told Lohan to downsize and sources say "she threw a fit." Lohan allegedly demanded late-night snacks, disturbed other guests with parties in her room and even insisted the hotel staff to go out and buy her cigarettes, sucking up the time and energy of 10 employees.

Jude lays down the law
Jude Law, 33, has finally put an end to his tumultuous relationship with actress Sienna Miller, 24. Reports claim that Law couldn't keep up with her partying lifestyle. The reason for the split is that Law wanted to spend quality time with his family while Miller continually wanted to go out on the town. Miller dumped Law the first time around, breaking off their engagement in 2005 when he confessed to having an affair with his children's nanny, Daisy Wright. The couple reunited again last May, but are now reportedly over for good.

Paltrow's itch
Gwyneth Paltrow is being lined up for a starring role in a new romantic comedy directed by the Farrelly brothers. The movie titled Seven Day Itch will also co-star funnyman Ben Stiller. The movie is inspired from the 1972 remake of The Heartbreak Kid. Director Bobby Farrelly says Paltrow would play the bride while Michelle Monaghan is set to play the girl he meets and falls for on honeymoon.

Defending Borat
British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen's Borat -- which has grossed $90 million US so far has triggered several lawsuits including Turkish Internet celebrity Mahir Cagri's, 44, claims that Baron Cohen copied him and that he's the "real" Borat. Two fraternity brothers from South Carolina are now suing over their roles in the movie saying producers got them drunk and then had them sign a release form to be in the movie. The students claim they were told the movie -- in which they made racist and sexist comments -- would never be shown in America. More recently, a $30 million lawsuit was filed accusing the filmmakers of misleading residents of Glod, a remote Romanian village, claiming they were actually exploited, deceived and defrauded.

Superman returns, again
Brandon Routh is getting another chance to save the world. The Superman Returns star will be teaming up again with director Bryan Singer for a sequel, scheduled for a 2009 release. "Well, they've publicized that Bryan had finished his deal, which was the lynchpin in the whole talk about a sequel." The former soap opera actor said, "I'm certainly excited to do another one. I don't think we'll start for awhile since we have a 2009 release."
