e've all heard Hollywood couples describe their break-ups as "amicable", but we always suspect that those "amicable" feelings run more along the lines of Woody and Mia, if you catch my drift. However, one notable exception is Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, who've remained extremely close since their divorce four years ago. However, it appears that Demi's latest boy-toy is not to Bruce's liking, and he's not keeping quiet about it. Demi is apparently seeing Anthony Kiedis, lead singer of the Red Hot Chili Peppers. And Bruce doesn't think Kiedis, with his rock'n'roll lifestyle, makes a good role model for his children. After years out of the spotlight, it is rumored Demi may return to the big screen to play an angel gone bad in Charlie's Angel 2: Halo.

Checking the Hollywood Romance Rumor Mill - Gwyneth Paltrow is apparently back with her Royal Tenenbaums co-star Luke Wilson. The two have recently been spotted getting cozy.

With the success of The Cider House Rules and Spider-Man, Tobey Maguire has more power in Hollywood than many established stars. And Tobey is flexing his muscle by producing his first film… the historical horse-racing drama called Seabiscuit. The movie tells the story of the famed horse and its legendary jockey Red Pollard. Tobey will star in the movie… as the jockey, obviously.

Tobey's newfound power also extends to his love life. In the past few months, he's been linked to Kirsten Dunst, Nicole Kidman and singer Christina Aguilera. Meanwhile,
Tobey's good buddy Leonardo DiCaprio has dumped
model Gisele Bundchen, but Gisele isn't too happy about it.

It is said that many movie stars have a Messiah complex, and now we can report that Mel Gibson definitely falls into that category. Mel will apparently play Jesus Christ in the upcoming movie called Passion.

We all know about the success of The Addams Family on the big and small screens. Now the famously gruesome dysfunctional family will be turned into a stage musical. But this one won't be based on the TV show or movies… it will be based on the original cartoons from New Yorker magazine by Charles Addams.

Also coming to the stage is The Pink Panther. Director Blake Edwards is following Mel Brooks's lead by adapting his series of hit movies from the '60s for Broadway.

The movie Batman vs. Superman may not sound like a serious picture, but don't tell that to director Wolfgang Petersen. He says the difference in the superheroes is going to make for some great drama. Superman is an idealist, while Batman is much darker and moodier. It means the duo will be at odds with each other while fighting crime. Peterson says the biggest challenge is to find good actors, not just hunks in tights, to flesh out the parts. Batman vs. Superman will be in theatres in 2004.

Is there a movie that makes you cry every time you see it? For Scorpion King star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, the movie that gets him every time is the the Bette Midler weeper Beaches, believe it or not. Next up for The Rock is a picture about the Hawaiian king, Kamehameha the Great. I doubt Bette will make an appearance in that one.

When you say the name Hannibal these days, most people think of Hannibal "The Cannibal" Lecter. But historians remember another Hannibal, the great warrior who fought the Romans 2,300 years ago. A movie about Hannibal is now in the works, and up for the lead role is the very capable Vin Diesel.

Sandra Bullock has turned down the part of Wonder Woman. Sandra says she just doesn't have the time or energy to devote to such a demanding part right now. She says producers will need someone who is physically agile and can play a campy yet dark role at the same time. We think Angelina Jolie would be perfect.

Longtime pals, Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe are planning to work together on an Australian movie in the near future. The Aussie duo, who dated briefly some years ago, are waiting for "that perfect script" before undertaking their joint venture. Kidman says that perhaps she will act in the film, while Crowe directs.

Alias star Jennifer Garner is certainly one to watch in the near future. The 30-year-old Texan will star in the upcoming comedy 13 Going On 30. Described as a female version of Big, it tells the story of an awkward teen who magically turns into a popular 30-year-old. Sounds like the perfect breakthrough role for the talented young actress.

And finally, Madonna and her hubby, Guy Ritchie, are working on a new project together - it's a children's book. You'll recall, Madonna's last book (the coffee table extravaganza Sex) was about making babies.
