Dear Tribute,
I picked up a copy of the June issue of Tribute and I really
enjoyed the interview with Russell Crowe. I only wish it could have been
longer. Very interesting person. After seeing a few of his movies I would
never have pictured him doing stage musicals. The photographer that took
the picture of him next to the interview did a great job. I think Russell
should have been on the cover this month.
After seeing him in Gladiator, I have to agree with Bonnie
Laufer's interview that Russell Crowe is one of the hottest actors in
Hollywood.

Dear Tribute,
We were looking at the April/May issue and on page 34 we noticed
that there is a picture labeled Seth Green wearing a jean jacket but it
looks nothing like the Seth Green we know from the movie Austin Powers.
We were wondering if it was a typo, or another actor named Seth Green?
We love your mag. and thank you for your time.

Dear Tribute,
I was reading the comment written in the June issue about the
mix-up with the Seth Green "His Style" photo from the April/May
issue, and I think I know who the person is in the photo. I'm not
positive, but I think it was actor Jake Gyllenhaal (October Sky). I
hope to read your next issue because I love Tribute Magazine.

Dear Tribute,
I was reading your April/May issue and noticed in the Hollywood Hotline
section right at the end that the TV series The Greatest American Hero
is in the works for a big screen movie. Could you update me on this
project, also when the release date will be. I have heard rumors from 1997
that Tim Burton was to direct the movie, starring Gary Oldman as Ralph
Hinkley and Malcolm McDowell as Bill Maxwell. is this still true?

Although there were a lot of rumors
about making the TV series that ran from 1981-1983 into a feature film, so
far no firm plans have been made and there doesn't seem to be much action
on this project.
Dear Tribute,
When will the movie Molly starring Elisabeth Shue will be
released? After reading the Jacqueline Hennessy interview with her sister
Jill (and glowing review) in last Fall's Tribute, I thought the
movie would win five or six Oscars.
Mitch Klinger
Molly, the story of an 28-year-old
autistic woman loosely based on Flowers For Algernon, was released
in October, 1999. Unfortun-ately it didn't do brisk business, although
there was praise for Elisabeth Shue's performance in the lead role.
