emember the movie The Outsiders? OK, so 1983 was a while ago, but the jean jacket was an essential component to that '60s greasy hood look so ruggedly pulled off by Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio and C. Thomas Howell. Its rebellious charm has also made it a long-standing basic for rock stars.    Now it's time to dig deep back into your closet to see if yours is still kicking around.  Although, for some, it never really went away, and it's easy to see why not. The jean jacket, like jeans themselves, goes with anything and everything. In fact, the only faux pas you can possibly commit is by wearing them with jeans themselves.    So go dark, go worn-in, but please, no acid wash. - Lesa Hannah
